- The items sent to us should be in good condition as received by you.
- Product(s) should not be damaged due to use or misuse. If the Product has a manufacturing defect, it should not be used. Product should not be tampered with. Product must not be washed/perfumed.
- The tags on the garments if any should not be removed. If product received by us is in a bad condition, it will be sent back to you and exchange/refund will not be allowed.
- The product should be sent back with the receipt or proof of purchase.
After we receive the item, we will start the process for exchange.
We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
Most major carriers offer tracking information.
Please allow 5 business days after receipt for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
We will issue a full refund for most items returned in good condition within 7 days from the day the watch is received by the Customer.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate your refund back to your bank account (if paid by online payment method) or by depositing a cheque in your bank (If paid by COD/Bank payment method).
You will receive the refund for online payment within 4-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
Refund by cheque may take place anytime within 15 days.
